The spray begins with California white sage to cleanse the energy of the area, and incorporates additional oils such as petit grain for breaking chains; Ylang-ylang to restore joy; lavender to end the practice of playing small, and a few others, finally finishing with Palo Santo, which acts as a force field of sorts, which only permits good and positive energy through. Simply spray into the center of the room, and in the direction of each upper corner, while setting your Intentions, or to use personally, spray above your space and allow the mist to gently fall around you, fostering a stronger connection to your expansiveness and your own divinity.
